Join us for our Monthly Group Sound Bath Meditation : A night of healing for the mind, body and spirit!
This month we will be focusing on our Heart Center! We will be bringing attention the our 4th Chakra, asking all too open and expand to bring in more love in all forms. For others and ourselves!
Sound Baths are a way of achieving a mediative state in which allows the vibration of sound to heal on multiple levels .

Enjoy a powerful vibrational journey through the use of Crystal Singing bowls.
Guided meditation
Grounding with Crystal Singing Bowls
Cleansing of elemental water chimes, wave drums and tuning forks
Please dress comfortably and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled.
*Yoga mats and cushions WILL NOT be provided for this event. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably. Floor Chairs will be provided for those who can not lay down flat for the full event.
