Join us for our Group Sound Bath Meditation : A night of healing for the mind, body and spirit!

This month if weather permits, we will allow ourselves to be held by nature, outside among the trees and green grass, at dusk. The magical hour where the sun will shine down on us and fill us with its electrical rays!

Sound Baths are a way of achieving a mediative state in which allows the vibration of sound to heal on multiple levels .

What to expect:

Enjoy a powerful vibrational journey through the use of Crystal Singing bowls.

• Guided meditation

• Grounding with Crystal Singing Bowls

• Cleansing of elemental water chimes, wave drums and tuning forks

Please dress comfortably and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled. 

*Yoga mats and cushions WILL NOT be provided for this event. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows, water and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably. Floor Chairs will be provided for those who can not lay down flat for the full event.
