Soul Journey Meditation: An In-person group healing. A Space to gather, a space to expand and a space to grow spiritually in togetherness!

A gentle yet powerful nervous system re-set. Where you will be taking on a journey for the mind body and soul.

  • We will start out with a light body movement to release energetic stagnation and help to center our mind.

  • Then you will be guided through a Holy Fire Reiki meditation for relaxation.

  • While we use breath work and drumming to reset our nervous system.

  • As a collective group you will be sent Reiki Energy Healing and have your bio-field tuned with high frequency Tuning forks for re-alignment and balance.
