Join us for our Group Sound Bath Meditation : A night of healing for the mind, body and spirit!

This Month we are focused on diving back into the Atlantian time, with a deep otherworldly tone. Feeling the powerful vibration on the Gong overtake your whole being while floating away into a cleansing sea of bliss!

Sound Baths are a way of achieving a mediative state in which allows the vibration of sound to heal on multiple levels .

What to expect:

Enjoy a powerful vibrational journey through the use of Crystal Singing bowls.

• Guided meditation with Holy Fire Reiki

• Grounding with Crystal Singing Bowls

• Cleansing of elemental water chimes, wave drums and tuning forks

• Ending with a powerful Gong grounding

Please dress comfortably and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled. 

*Yoga mats and cushions are provided for this event. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows, water and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably. 2 Arm Chairs available for those who can not lay down flat for the full event- must request prior to event.
