Sound Bath Healing

Come diving deeper into the Vibrational Healing of Sound.

We will start out with a grounding meditation to help us set our intentions, come into our bodies and be present. This will help to notice what may be coming up that needs to be released.

You will then be guided to relax and to receive the high frequency sound medicine, while falling deeper into self.

We will focus on the vibrational sounds of the majestic Crystal Singing bowls, tuned to 432 hertz frequency. This helps to cleanse and clear your chakras and ground and connect to mother earth.

Using the powerful gong and wave drum, these two combined helps to dive deep and release stuck/stagnant energy that our bodies hold onto. The gong helps to loosen and bring out what no longer serves us. It helps release tension in the body and stimulates the glandular and nervous system as well.

Transitioning to the healing sound of crashing waves, we allow to wash over us, letting go and releasing all that may have came up and now are ready to let go of.

Tuning forks and chimes will be used to cleanse the auric field and Tibetan singing bowls will be used throughout.
