What to expect:
During the first 20 minutes, Dr. Eliza will go over what points are best for your treatment. And how Acupuncture can benefit you! You will then be guided through a light meditation. While sink into a deep state of Yoga Nidra Relaxation, Dr. Eliza will go around and initiate acupuncture treatments for all!
We will end the night with a 60 minute powerful vibrational journey through the use of high vibration instruments

*Please dress comfortably with loose fitting clothes and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled.
*Yoga mats and blankets are available. But is always encouraged to bring your own blankets, mats, pillows and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably.
We do have a large cushioned chairs for anyone who can not lay flat - must be requested prior to event.
