ntroducing Our NEW Offering : UNFOLDING

A weekly somatic nervous system reset.

Every Tuesday 6 - 7pm

*Our Fourth class will focus on the Fourth Chakra: The Heart - As we connect to our Heart Center, we will focus on expanding into and harnessing more of love, joy and happiness!

Class description:

A gentle yet powerful journey for the mind, body and soul.

  • Starting out with a light body movement to increase blood flow and release energetic stagnation.

  • Then you will be guided through a holy fire reiki meditation for relaxation

  • Ending with Pranayama Active Breathwork and drumming to reset our nervous system.

Each Week will be focused on learning to tap into, and connect with your own energy centers aka Chakra system.

*This class will focus on the Fourth Chakra: The Heart - We will work on our compassion and love of self and others. Allowing ourselves to give and receive equally.

Special guests will be joining with their own unique healings. - Keep an eye on our event calendar for weekly descriptions.
